On the monitoring channel, a post comes out where there is a TG link, the software should start monitoring this channel until it becomes private (which means the public link has been freed) or is deleted, then the link is also freed, and as soon as the public link becomes unoccupied, the software should create a channel with a similar avatar, name, and description (if possible) and a specific post should be published.
In case the channel becomes private (wait 20 minutes before registration)
Need to skip private and invalid links.
The speed of occupying the link should be maximum (there is competition)
Also, as soon as 10 public links are created on 1 account, the software should switch to the prepared next account and register there, more or less autonomous operation is needed.
Also, a timer for X hours is needed, so that after its expiration, the software stops monitoring the link.
