Good day. I recently did such work for the Swedish company Heatcom - you can check the reviews in the profile. The translation was done into 4 languages + layout of a 60-page catalog (the cost of just one translation was at least 150 euros, but the catalog is more complex, of course)...
In order for you to be able to work with the instructions further, they need to be laid out in InDesign again. Overall, I counted the number of pages - there are 100 pages for all instructions. Just the layout at the minimum possible cost will be at least 10,000 UAH. And then there is also the translation of 300 pages in total (including the layout in one of the languages), which will cost at least another 15,000.
