335 USD Hello. I need to redraw architectural plans from PDF files and photographs into a fully functional AutoCAD format for the restoration project of the Quinta de Bispos hotel in Portugal. The total area of the objects across two phases is approximately 3210 square meters.
The budget for the entire work is 15000 hryvnias.
The requirements for execution are as follows. The scale in the model must be clearly one to one in meters with an accuracy of three decimal places. All elements must be placed on separate layers and labeled in English so that Portuguese architects can work with them. Use standard layer names such as A-WALL for walls, A-DOOR for doors, A-WINDOW for windows, A-TEXT for room names, and A-DIM for dimension lines.
It is very important that the final file is clean without any junk or duplicated lines. Walls should be made as closed polylines. All elements must lie in one plane, meaning the Z coordinate should equal zero. You need to transfer all height dimensions and specifications that you see in the source files.
The work is divided into two parts. The first is the main hotel building and the yoga room. The second part is the apartments and buildings that are currently classified as ruins in the documents. The result should be provided in DWG format of 2018 version or newer, and also create a control PDF file with configured sheets and frames.
These drawings will be the basis for the official licensing of the object in Portugal, so accuracy must be maximized. Any mistake in dimensions can create significant problems when coordinating the project with the local municipality, so I hope for your professional and responsible approach.
