There are a few clarifications, comments, and observations regarding your project:
- Please clarify the reason for migrating the site to WordPress? From a technical standpoint, there are no issues with the migration, functionally WordPress will suit your request perfectly, however, during a superficial study of your project, I acted as a "regular user," and everything works quite well, quickly, and consistently.
- It is important to consider the fact that there may be a drop in SEO during migration. Even when trying to structurally replicate the site as closely as possible, it will not be possible to do this 100%, which in turn will affect the search engine results in Google. This also applies to the structure of links (although in your case there are options to fully replicate the links in the WordPress implementation). This point is important if your site is quite well promoted in terms of SEO, and you risk experiencing a drop in this area, and accordingly, you will need to "catch up" on these metrics in the future.
- Are you using any external integrations for automation management? For example, mailing systems, telephony (I saw on the site binotel), CRM systems, etc. It is important to understand this because during the migration to WP, all these aspects need to be considered, and this will affect both the execution time and the final price of the project.
- The main entities of the project: excursions/tours, interesting places, team, reviews, partners. I suggest creating custom post types for each entity (and for excursions and tours even for each category, this is necessary for maintaining the structure of links). And to avoid overloading the site with builders, use plugins for custom fields, like ACF, for convenient content editing.
- Other nuances make sense to discuss during a detailed evaluation of the project.
Regarding the preliminary assessment of the site, it will take approximately 5 working days, that is, 40 hours.
As for the price, I work at a rate of $10 per hour. Accordingly, 40 × 10 = $400.
We can fix this price in case it takes a little more time. However, I always emphasize that if we agree on cooperation, I will conduct a more detailed assessment of the project once again.
