тут проблема не в хостингу, а в тому що ваш сайт написаний під пхп 5. щоб він почав коректно працювати на пхп 8 потрібно робити ревʼю коду і переписувати якісь модулі під пхп 8.

test.zhalyuzi.com.ua - новий сервер. На ньому менше 5.3 немає, але і він не стартує без допрацювань. Просто є бажання перенести на більш нову версію, так як в майбутньому і таких може не бути. Да, сайт з 2009 року, але він дуже швидко працює і переносити на нові CMS просто немає сенсу
