Transfer chatbot (based on Python) to the cloud service
Now the chatbot script is sending out mailings to 2 channels (Viber, Telegram)

The task/function of the bot consists of 4 main parts:
1) The bot must do regular mailing 7 times a day:
at 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 15:00, 17:00 according to the template: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1pXdRGQzosOWOb-eWB9a431kelw_sjYHm7-_OU2VD6eE /edit?usp=sharing
Real exchange rates taken from the site should be substituted into the template using the link from the API: https://uchange.com.ua/api/exchange/whrhd0BzgIDOFYVWwckM (or in any other way)
2) In both channels (Viber, Telegram) there must be a button to request the current rate (the function is similar to the mailing list), the client clicks on the button and receives the current rate according to the template.
3) IMPORTANT! When switching to a cloud service, you need to save / transfer all subscribers from channels to "Smart Sender".4) In the cloud service, there must be a possibility
- Make manual messages to all subscribers of Viber and Telegram of any text message.- Rule the text template that is used for automatic sending.The answer to the user’s first message: “Good day.Our manager will answer you within 15 minutes.”
