Usually, these old BTI plans are not accurate - most likely the walls near the windows are not as shown, ideally measurements are needed to properly utilize every cm of such a small apartment.
Regarding the main issue of creating two living rooms with one window - this is either a room without a window or dividing one window into two rooms - you understand.
