There is an apartment of 100 sq.m. + a glazed terrace of 28 sq.m. (with heating) + a glazed balcony, 2 rooms, and a large kitchen-studio. A re-planning is needed, but we live here and the renovation has already been done. We are ready for the renovation because we need to accommodate 2 children. We need 2 children's rooms, a bedroom, and an office (which is currently on the terrace). No visualizations are needed, just the re-planning.
We would like the children's rooms to have a window, and the bedroom should not be a walkthrough.

The cost of developing one planning option will be $5/m2 of the area of the premises, with a timeframe of 30 days, possibly faster, but it’s better to have a buffer so as not to fall short on deadlines. This will be a plan for the arrangement of partitions combined with the furniture and plumbing layout.
For an additional fee, it will be possible to create wall layouts in those places where it is most needed, where the redesign requires it - usually in the kitchen, in the bathroom, possibly the hallway, and the working area of the office. There is experience in designing office furniture from materials such as a working desk, hallway furniture, and shelves-partitions for functional division of the space into zones when needed. It would also be useful to create a layout for tiles and other floor coverings, so that an unfortunate arrangement of patterns and covering elements does not spoil and waste the work and materials.
