The cost of developing one planning option will be $5/m2 of the area of the premises, with a timeframe of 30 days, possibly faster, but it’s better to have a buffer so as not to fall short on deadlines. This will be a plan for the arrangement of partitions combined with the furniture and plumbing layout.
For an additional fee, it will be possible to create wall layouts in those places where it is most needed, where the redesign requires it - usually in the kitchen, in the bathroom, possibly the hallway, and the working area of the office.
