Перестала работать админка joomla
мы не обновили вовремя joomla и теперь поддержка 5.5 PHP не работает
сайт грузится
админка в php 5.5 не грузится
админка загружается в PHP 7.0 но там какая то ошибка.

задача - загрузить админку
восстановить ее работоспособность.
возможно обновить версию joomla (так чтобы не слетел рабочий сайт)

Специализируюсь больше на ВП, Джумле, МодХ, ОК, лендинги, поддерживаю сайты на других движках. Часто работаю с кодом. Но программированием, как таковым, не занимаюсь. Версткой макетов - тоже.
В основном работа с готовым - установка, настройка, доработка, корректировка...
Обработка картинок (ф-шоп), php, css, html, хостинг, базы и т.п...

Скорее всего у Вас остался "глючный" модуль, который не раотает на новой версии Джумлы либо не поддерживает php 7. Нужно найти, какой это модуль и отключить его и искать либо новую версию модуля либо искать альтернативный.
