Перевести скрипт с bash на golang
скрипт инсталирует (диплоит deploy) helm chart в kubernetes кластер через helm version 3 .
скрипт получает на вход файл с параметрами апликации и файл с описаниями в каком репозитории (или локально на сервере) взять чарт, какой версии и тп и на основе данных формирует команду helm install или helm upgrade
чтобы выполнить работу нужно знание helm kubernetes и возможность запустить где то у себя.
