1 ) Необходимо перевести из *jpg в вектор *eps или *ai. Без потери качества, для печати на ткани.
2) И залить фон картинки, которая уже в векторе другим цветом. Цвет для изменения R188 G175 B153

Перевести це все в вектор буде так само дорого, як і купити ці патерни на стоках. Мені здається навіть, що готові купити буде дешевше

на стоці вони можуть бути растрові, але растрові теж друкують на тканинах, я так думю, чи ні? можливо залежить від обладнання....

Да. Можно растрировать картинку, по идее, но выйдет ерундень. легче будет перерисовывать, а это-несколько тысяч... легче на стоке купить

Нашёл эти картинки на стоке, они только в формате JPEG...
Поэтому заказчик и обращается с такой проблемой -
ну, проблема в том, что он хочет "перевести картинки", а их нужно заново перерисовывать. Иначе будет фигня по качеству
