2. На основе русскоязычного перевода создать субтитры и предоставить srt-файл для импорта на Ютуб

The delivery of the completed project was supposed to take place 8 days ago - since then, the promised deadlines have been missed 6 times, a lot of time has been wasted, no result has been obtained at all, and now you need to start all over again from scratch. 2 hours after the initial deadline, in response to my question, the performer writes "it's almost ready" and "I'll throw it off soon." After another 13 hours, in response to my repeated question, the performer throws off, as they say, a "completely finished and subtracted" small part, even after a cursory review of which it is obvious that the quality of the translation is disgusting - missing pieces, ridiculous errors and typos, illiterate punctuation, etc. We did not expect any other results of the work - then the deadlines for the "final proofreading" were still missed without warning or apology, the "completely finished ideal file" was allegedly "sent to the post office at night", and then was not sent to the project correspondence for days, because “I’ll be at the computer in an hour and send it back” still didn’t come, “I just found a few more inaccuracies in punctuation and a typo, I need another day”, etc.Finally, after the breakdown of the next deadline, the artist has been ignoring all the messages for three days, while regularly appearing online on the site and making bets on other projects.I have enough experience working with different freelancers, and mostly on direct payment on an honest word, but with such honestly ham non-professionalism I face for the first time.I strongly recommend to contact the translation to other performers to avoid unpleasant surprises and not repeat our mistakes.
