Performance Marketing Manager

Your responsibilities:
- You are responsible for planning and implementing performance marketing campaigns for your country
- Together with our Local Marketing Team you develop organic & paid marketing strategies (e.g. Linkedln, Facebook & Google Ad) that are tailored to each specific product
- You take over operational responsibility for our marketing channels, manage and optimize them and ensure on-point execution and success
- You constantly monitor channel performance and know how to interpret data in order to derive the right measures for optimizing performance
- You support in the reporting of ROI based on the customer lifetime value as well as short-term campaign goals.
- Together with the Local Marketing Manager, you work closely with other teams within the organization such as CRM, automation and central marketing to ensure optimal processes are in place
- You serve as a knowledgeable sparring-partner for all our team members in regards to organic & paid marketing and ensure that our team enhances overall knowledge about paid marketing channels
- You keep yourself up-to-date with the latest changes in the world of performance marketing and act as a thought-leader
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of online marketing (organic & paid)
- Familiarity with advanced optimization strategies to deliver against standard programmatic KPls for client satisfaction and budget growth
- Comfortable in dealing with different topics simultaneously while keeping up quality of work
- Having fun working on challenging projects, growing with them
- Experiences with tech-focused companies is a plus
- Proactive; can troubleshoot technical issues through to resolution
- High ambition and aspiration to continuously improve
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to de-mystify programmatic jargon for clients and internal counterparts
