The character needs to be drawn.
Requirements for the character:
Initial state:
A man with excess weight, quite full and not in athletic shape.
The face and body should reflect fatigue and lack of energy.
Intermediate states (transformation):
Stage 1: The man becomes a bit slimmer, but is still not fully athletic. His body still has softness, but weight loss is visible.
Stage 2: The man is in normal physical shape, slim and toned.
Stage 3: Athletic appearance — muscles are more defined, the body becomes more athletic.
Stage 4: Maximum level: muscular, well-defined muscles, energetic appearance.
Additional states:
Fatigue: The character looks tired, the body is slightly bent, movements are sluggish. You can add drops of sweat on the face and body.
Rest: The character is in a state of rest. It is important to add visual elements (for example, "zzz" above the head) to indicate that he is sleeping or resting.
I attached an example of the character, I would like to see a happier face)
