    Да конечно, но это уже моя головная боль. От Вас скрипт, который при запуске просто проверит список из текстового файла.

    в сутки 5000 запросов. это получается каждые 17,28сек или возможен 5000 запрос в минуте для одного дня?

    Да, если это много для гугла, то подключить прокси. Лишь бы те, которые не забанены гуглом, так как раньше я сталкивааплся с тем, что многие прокси забанены и не пригодны для парсинга гугла.
