для розуміння, - щоб підібрати систему потрібно повністю проаналізувати вашу компанію, описати всі нявні бізнес-процессі на папері. вибрати ті які будуть автоматизовані.
далі провести аналіз доступних ЕРП систем, а це на секунду виробництво з планами продаж, планами ППР та багато іншого. кожна система має різний функціонал і тут вже до кожної системи потрібно виписати приблизний обьем робіт по доналаштуванню-розробці коду. потім вже підібраті того кто це буде виконувати.
потім ідуть єтапи впроваждення системи і зразу скоп нових доопрацювань
по моїй праактиці впровадження командою в 10 чоловік до запуску в єксплуатацію займає близько року а потім ще 2-3 роки на прититерти-допиляти
ви точно думаєте що це зможе зробити команда 1-3 чоловіка яких тут 90% ?
