Hello! I am looking for an experienced Flutter developer to customize and adapt a ready-made mobile template for my private files for my clients. My goal is to launch a cross-platform app (iOS/Android) for selling digital content, simply put, files for my clients. I found something similar on CodeCanyon, specifically FluxStore Listing - The Best Directory WooCommerce app by Flutter, but I am not sure if this template will exactly support the required functionality without significant modifications. I was previously provided with a template for a news app, which by default included half of what I need for the new app. Therefore, I think you, as a specialist, will select the most suitable template for me.

Expected app functionality:
Backend (Firebase):
Firebase Authentication: For user management (registration, login). Support for Google Sign-In is desired.
Firestore: For storing metadata about files in PDF or other text formats (name, description, price, access status).
Firebase Storage: For storing the actual report files (e.g., PDF).
Monetization (CRITICAL!):
In-App Purchase (one-time purchase): Ability to sell each report separately via Google Play Billing (Android) and Apple App Store In-App Purchase (iOS). Subscriptions are not mandatory, but potential support for them would be a plus.
Content and user management (Admin panel):
Simple way to upload new reports, edit existing ones, manage prices, and basic user management. I expect this to be through Firebase Console or a simple web admin panel based on Firebase.
User interface and experience:
Simple user profiles: Only for login, purchase history, and access to purchased reports.
Access to report after purchase: Ability to view files directly in the app or receive a link for download/viewing.
Interface language: Not important, even defaulting to English is acceptable.
What is NOT needed (to simplify):
Complex user profiles.
Social features (comments, ratings).
Shopping cart system or multi-step checkout.
Complex animations, gaming features.
Integration with other payment systems (Stripe, PayPal), besides In-App Purchase.
