Adjust the text from Word to fit the page in PDF

There is an instruction. It is printed by the factory from a pdf file. That is, the format (size) of the pages is standard for a certain factory.
There is an instruction in 8 languages. 1 language on 1 sheet in the original pdf.
We have changed the instruction. We made our own. We need to fit our translation (8 languages) to that file from the typography. So that they print our text on the same instruction without changing the paper or format (nothing).
Our text may be slightly larger than the original, so we need to try to fit it in.
The file original.pdf is the format, the page size needed for the typography.
One language on one page. The page size according to the pdf file is 130 x 184 mm. That is, our text should be on this page.
The file English-NEW.docx is 1 of 8 languages.
So I am adding English-NEW.docx so you can see the size of the new text. And the file original.pdf to understand where to insert the new translation.
The visual design of the original file is taken only conditionally. That is, if there is a possibility to fit those black stripes that separate paragraphs in the original file, then they can be used. If the new text does not fit because it is larger and we need to remove those black stripes, then we remove them and create our own style of design based on the free space. Screenshot_2.jpg
It is preferable to maintain all languages (8 pieces) in one style.
The file real-view.jpg shows how it looks in real life.
So in the end, we need to get a file with our 8 languages and text in the same page format (size for printing) as original.pdf
