The project that was planned in 5 days, placed on a schedule with a stock in 10, did 23 days, although if it was pushed - there are more details to be done, but decided to stop it.
We had to do a lot of tests, when we do one, the other disappears. There is no self-test.
The communication is almost constant, but the work is performed only in evening and night periods, no one has previously this. This then draws the quality of performance, and the deadlines.
Communication +- normal, in addition to the sound threat of the executor, to close the project through arbitration, because I did not respond to him on the weekend.
If I could not make the deadlines further, this work would be completed by an arbitration.
The summary. A trainer may well be working in a team with PM and QA, but as a separate trainer - with this everything is difficult.
There is a place to grow, I wish professional growth and new customers!
