It is possible to successfully confirm the commercial activity of the advertiser even within a few hours. The deadline for suspending Google Ads ad displays due to untimely completion of the 3 verification stages can be postponed for a month if something is changed in the payment profile through support.
Before sending the BOV form, it will be necessary to temporarily leave only admin access in Google Ads, and other external accesses must be removed from Google Ads to avoid documenting business relationships with each person who has access to your Google Ads.
The speed of completing the task of successful 3-stage verification mostly depends on the client: how quickly they provide 2 documents (an extract from the register of single tax payers and a fiscal receipt, which is issued to the client, even if fictitious - drawn in Photoshop), how quickly they will send the text permission in the email chain with the Google representatives or in the online chat with support, how quickly they confirm the support request from support via g.co/verifyaccount, how quickly they fill out the BOV form with my prepared answers, how quickly they prepare the identity document for the "Verify Identity" stage and fill in the fields of this stage according to my drawing, and whether they can promptly allocate time for a remote AnyDesk session so that I can check and adjust the answers for the "Tell us about your company" stage (there are also tricky moments there).
If there were blocks on your other advertising accounts with the same payment details, the identity confirmation documents of the advertiser may be checked by Google not for 1 day, but for 4 working days, and a month after successful verification, the identity verification of the advertiser is automatically scheduled again.
Acts, invoices, bills, statements, contracts - it makes no sense to attach such documents to the BOV form (they will not help to obtain a successful status for the verification of commercial activity).
