You need: monitor emails and telegrams, respond to user requests (now 2-10 requests are coming throughout the day) to answer standard questions (we provide templates of answers) to enter non-standard requests in the table to be processed by other managers IMPORTANT! All communication in English is written, but you need to understand at the Intermidiate level, know how to adapt the answer from the translator to the speaking language.
The schedule:
7 days a week.
- on communication you need to be from 8 to 17 in Kyiv, but there is no need to not leave the screen (2-3 times in time to check the mail, telegram and respond), other times you can do your own affairs.
Payment is fixed for each week, the amount is discussed individually, depending on the experience. With a successful candidate, we plan to work on a permanent basis!
