- 3 bedrooms (min 15 sq. m)
- 2 bathrooms (one in the bedroom, the other guest)
- pantry in the kitchen
- walk-in closet
- laundry room (possible entrance through the bathroom)
- living room-kitchen (zoned but without door separation)
- terrace (access to the terrace from the living room-kitchen)
Living room-kitchen: on the south side, large windows for maximum daylight, on the north side, large windows overlooking the pine forest.
