Building a lead generation system for an influencer marketing agency

We are an influencer marketing agency that helps brands scale through influencer marketing. We work with bloggers in all niches and countries. We now want to implement a project to launch a complete lead generation system: from finding bloggers to setting up automations and transferring leads to the team for work.

Tasks within the project

• Build a system for finding bloggers on various social networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, X, and others).

• Set up tools for automatic contact collection (email, direct, messengers).

• Organize auto-mailings (email, DM, Telegram bots) with personalization.

• Integrate processes with our ERP system.

• Create a pipeline for transferring leads to the lead generation team.

• Implement a database of bloggers and dashboards with key metrics.

What we expect from the performer

• Experience in creating automated solutions for lead generation / outreach.

• Understanding of tools (Apify, n8n / Make.com, Zapier, Python/JS scripts).

• Ability to work with social media and email service APIs.

• Knowledge of limits and rules of social networks.

• Understanding of CRM logic and building end-to-end funnels.

• Experience in using AI for automations.
