там звичайний JS - відправити запит на XMLHttpRequest і вивести результат. У випадку зі зміною статусу, то лише відправити запит і оновити сторінку.
Потрібно лише правильно сформувати url запиту і відправити на сервер - у відповідь вже все прийде правильне. -
це так довго та геморойно) краще б з початку брали якийсь react чи vue щоб по запиту щось змінювати в реальному часі без перезагрузок, було б набагато дешевше зараз

Напевно, ви праві, це просто звичайний навчальний проект. Вся логіка на стороні сервера. А клієнт лише формує, шле запит та виводить результат відповіді.
