Видите треугольник возле адреса? У вас нет ссл сертификата (на хостинге добавляется) в общем причина не столько куки, как политика некоторых браузеров - нет сертификата значит сайт потдельный и блокируют данные на нём. Скорей всего вам нужно 1) почистить реально куки на телефоне/взяь любой другой телефон который не был у вас на сайте проверить 2) установить сертификат ссл на хостинге.
