The malware sits deeper and has "spread" through all available paths. I am also interested in one file in the wp-content directory. Reply, and I will tell you which file, and if it is there, then we are close to solving the problem. The site is not accessible, so I cannot check it myself. And deleting the red files will cause the site to crash or over time it will be the same again; this is not the root of the evil.
