Я просто покажу на примере что такое подготовка модели для печати, если деталь не одна и имеется сопряжения. На фото деталь меньше должна напихнуться на деталь больше. И это уже была готовая напечатанная и испытанная модель, но потребовались небольшие доработки:
1) Первая модель печаталась без охлаждения для лучшей спекаемости слоев - диаметр уменьшился на 0,6 мм.
2) Откорректировал модель, распечатал вторую - мелкие элементы начали плыть. Включил охлаждение, поднял температуру - диаметр уменьшился на 0,1 и одна деталь на другой начала болтаться.
2) Откорректировал модель, оставил режимы - слайсер изменил положение начала печати наружной стенки, в результате вместо комбинга включился откат, при начале печати после отката стала проявляться недоэкструзия - добавил дополнительный заполняемый объем при откате.
4) Увеличил показатель максимального расстояния при комбинге без отката. Маленькая модель получилась идеальная и идеально стала на самый первый образец большой модели.
5) Напечатал большую с измененными параметрами - теперь маленькая не налазит на большую. Изменил размеры большой - печатается новая. И далеко не факт, что новая подойдет и не потребуется еще коррекция и новая печать.
Я это всё к чему - если человек надеется получить готовую к печати модель без пробной печати на конкретном принтере - могу пожелать ему удачи, потому как она будет самым главным его союзником в этом вопросе, если соизволит))
