Подключится к API соц-сетей (FB, INST и другие)
Нужно подготовить связку api соц-сетей и сайта.
Суть:
Человек в поле вводит логин пользователя на определенной соц-сети (или ссылку, например на ютуб) и ему выводится инфа про этот аккаунт - аватар, количество подписчиков, имя и прочее (подробнее в тз)

Инста сейчас работает на api graph fb и только с аккаунта и бизнес или автор. Для доступов нужна регистрация приложения и токены, они у вас уже есть?

Какие куки? Почитайте документацию по API, в частности как происходит авторизация и какие обязательные параметры передаются в запросах. Или у Вас свой Инстаграм и фб?

прочитал документацию. вы не можете получить данные по ссылке через официальный апи. facebook не дает доступ получит данные чужого аккаунта
