The specialist must independently organize content creation: find various nail masters in Ukraine, negotiate collaboration with them, send them technical assignments, control the shooting, and obtain high-quality photos and videos using our gels. What needs to be done: Fully manage the brand's Instagram: regularly publish Reels; design posts and Stories; write texts in English; select hashtags and music; create a monthly content plan; maintain a consistent professional style for the page. Find nail masters and content creators in Ukraine: search for masters with beautiful work and quality shooting; negotiate collaboration; organize the shipment of products to the masters; provide detailed technical assignments; control deadlines and quality of work; receive original photos and videos from the masters without watermarks. Organize the shooting of our builder gels with different masters. The videos must show: the jar and packaging of the product; the true color of the gel; the consistency; application on the nail; self-leveling of the material; strengthening or extending nails; filing and finishing; the final result; nails in different lighting; the professional work of the master with the product. Process the content: edit dynamic Reels; add English captions, subtitles, and music; create different versions of videos for Instagram, advertising, and Amazon; save and transfer all original materials. Prepare advertising materials: create promotional videos and images; suggest ideas for promotion; preferably have experience setting up Meta Ads; analyze which videos get more views, clicks, and sales.
