2. Нужно иметь счет на Paypal или WePay
3. Собрать необходимую сумму и помочь вывести её
4. Помочь в продвижении данного проекта (объявления) в соц.сетях, – иностранных и наших. Т.е. это реклама.
Другими словами нужен посредник, который бы помог в размещении одного проекта для сбора денег .
