Для уменьшения рисков мы регистрируем несколько аккаунтов разработчика Google Play, и выливаем приложения на разные аккаунты.
Однако регистрация каждого нового аккаунта разработчика требует банковскую карту нового человека. С этой карты списывается единоразовый платеж 26 долларов за регистрацию аккаунта.
Нужно открыть виртуальную карту в любом банке (к примеру в приват24 - там хорошая безопасность , ни одна транзакция не проходит без вашего подтверждения и заблокирована опция кредитного списания средств) .
Никаких документов высылать не нужно. На аккаунт будут заливаться обычные приложения, без каких-либо черных схем. К сожалению, Google и так постоянно меняет правила для разработчиков и часто блокирует приложения, даже если они соответствуют большинству правил.
После этого сообщить реквизиты карты. На карту будет переведено 1210 грн: из них 710 грн для регистрации ГП аккаунта и 500 грн Вашего вознаграждения. Карта нужна для одного платежа - регистрации Google Play аккаунта. Больше никаких платежей и списаний с карты не будет. После этого, через три дня (как только аккаунт пройдет модерацию) карту можно удалять, а остаток средств переводить на себя.
