A set of documentation is required to perform construction and installation works without the contractor independently making design decisions regarding: planning; height; foundations; retaining walls; entrance group; openings; embedded; engineering network passages; drainage. Based on the ENZ in .DWG format, topographic survey, and general plan. The task is to create an author's planning and height solution so that builders receive a clear set of drawings for earthworks, foundation, and monolithic works that form the basement, retaining walls, entrance group, and surface drainage systems. The work does not include the design of the metal frame of the canopy, the roof of the canopy, and KM/KMD — embedded parts, reinforced belts, etc. Heights, dimensions, and locations of their placement need to be shown. Separate complete engineering sections for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems are also not included, but the locations of passages and connections for these networks, channels, and technical openings need to be shown. A set of DWG + PDF is needed, sufficient for performing the work without additional solutions on the construction site. Important: the technical task (TT) is the main document that defines the subject, scope, requirements, and conditions for performing the work. Good day. Please do not judge too harshly, as I am not a builder and cannot describe everything in professional terms. However, still: I need a project for an industrial single-slope building made of sandwich panels measuring 11*23 m, with wall heights of 6 m on the left and 5 m on the right, with two roller doors measuring 4*4 m and plastic windows measuring 1*2 m every 2 meters on both sides. The intended purpose of the premises: a sheet metal processing area with two machines. All details, including photos, videos, hand drawings, etc., will be provided directly to the contractor. The main thing I would like to receive as a result: a completed project (by project, I mean technical documentation with drawings, calculations, and a detailed description of the construction technology process). Again, this is my subjective understanding of the term "project". In fact, it is necessary to build a premises for internal use, without coordination with the authorities. The project will be for internal use only. The most important thing is to understand how much material is needed, what exactly is needed, and how to assemble them together (especially the fastening of the sandwich panels to the frame, as we do not have experience working specifically with sandwich panels). The project is needed by the end of next week (by 10.07 inclusive) An image generated by AI based on my wishes is attached. A project is needed for it.
Job essence: There is a sketch project of a one-story house (140 sq.m) in pdf. The wall technology (frame) has been chosen and the dimensions have been changed. The layout of non-load-bearing walls has been modified in SketchUp. The layout and concept have been approved. A professional draftsman is required to transfer the project to AutoCAD (2D) with "clean" lines from scratch, correct geometric inaccuracies, and prepare drawings for builders. Important subtask (Normalization of dimensions): The project in SketchUp was created during the creative stage, so there are inaccuracies (for example, cabinets 603 mm, openings 815 mm). The contractor needs to independently round and normalize all dimensions according to construction and furniture standards (door openings strictly according to the specifications, kitchen bases 600/450/300 mm, walls without random distortions in millimeters). What needs to be done in the First (basic) version of the project: 1. Wall layout plan without furniture (there will be a frame): taking into account the thickness of the "layers" of the walls (data will be provided). Clear dimension chains (axes, openings, piers). 2. Plan with furniture and plumbing arrangement: all furniture and plumbing must be placed on a separate layer so that they can be turned off with one button. Furniture should be tied to standard dimensions. 3. Foundation plan (top view) with embedded sewerage: executive sheet for builders. Accurate linear ties (coordinates) of the sewer pipe outlets and embedded sleeves relative to the corners of the foundation/axes. Payment and stage conditions (Important!): Stage 1 (Fixed price): Creation of a basic clean version of DWG from my source materials with normalization of dimensions (as described above). Stage 2 (Time & Material / Hourly payment): After the delivery of a quality first version, adjustments to the layout may be made according to my new requests. These corrections will be paid separately at an agreed hourly rate or for fixed packages of revisions. Please indicate two prices in your response: the cost of the First stage and your hourly rate (or the cost of one round of revisions) for the Second stage. What I provide: 1. Plan in pdf with dimensions of the house and rooms before modifications 2. Link to the SketchUp project or export of this file. 3. Thicknesses and materials of the walls. Standards for rounding (what openings are needed for doors, thickness of kitchen countertops, etc.). Technical requirements for DWG: AutoCAD version no higher than 2018/2020. Drafting strictly in "Model" at a scale of 1:1. Ideal layer hygiene: axes, walls, dimensions, furniture, text - all on strictly separate and clearly named layers. No garbage or broken blocks.
It is necessary to carry out architectural and construction solutions, which will include: 1. Replace the windows of the boiler room; 2. Foundations for equipment; 3. Floor in the boiler room: new screed, tiles; 4. Divide the boiler room into two rooms, execute the foundation and wall; 5. Finish the walls and ceiling. The building model is in Revit.
