Google currently has no advertising campaign to only work on maps. Yes, there’s a local campaign in the beta, but it’s not the most you need.

Your example on screenshots is possible, but the display will not only be on the maps. Add the address extension to the advertising campaigns after registering Google my business and you will also sometimes appear there.
