Everything works great, but I need to disable the flip function (when the placement changes depending on the page's rotation, for example, if the tooltip was above, then when the page's rotation, it automatically goes down)
In the placement properties post is stated:
The preferred placement of the tippy.
Note that Popper's flip modifier can change this to the opposite placement if it has more space.
(Tippy made on the basis of https://popper.js.org/docs/v2/)
So you need to turn off this flip.
