Help with Facebook!
On the phone in the application for login, everything is OK
I can't access FB from my PC.
Changed GEO, changed IP, Facebook threw it at the entrance to the acc
But I can't log in because:
Dual authentication has been enabled using the Google Authenticator app
I changed my phone half a year ago, the authenticator application was not transferred, so there is no entrance to FB
And now, when I go to FB from a PC, it asks me to enter the authenticator code, there are no other options, I can’t turn it off through the application (this is not available). I installed a new authenticator, I enter codes from it into Facebook - it says that the codes are incorrect.
Comrades, experts who have encountered this or know how to solve it, please help, respectively, not for free! There is access to telephone and mail.
Maybe there is an option to write somehow to FB support to help.

Привет, пробуй зайти с пк, нужно будет выбрать другой способ аутентификации или что то такое, и можно будет загрузить свои доки, Фб будет какое то время проверять информацию, и потом даст доступ

Попробуй при входе с Пк, открыть вкладку уведомление именно на телефоне и нажать «разрешить доступ или это был я»
Главное чтобы был доступ!
