The problem is that the server on which the XML files were placed for the sparking of goods changed and, accordingly, the address changed. The programmes gave a new link and I transferred it to a PHP file, but it bits an error (link to the parser where it releases an error). RNA file on this link
This is an error on the RNR side or on the 1C development side (may have changed the XML file structure or their name?). Please help understand what a mistake can be and how it can be resolved.
