We are looking for a responsible person for a one-time job of collecting contact information of establishments on the map of Ukraine and further communication with them through social networks to present our product — an online menu in Telegram.
Duration of work:
- from 3 to 6 months.
Work every day - Mon - Sun.
Cost:

Payment every week or by agreement
Tasks:
• Search for establishments (cafes, restaurants, etc.) on the map of Ukraine.
• Collect their contact details (name, address, phone, links to social networks, category of establishment, owners).
• Create an excel table of establishments with information about contact with them (to track processed establishments)
• Write prepared messages in the social networks of these establishments to present our online menu in Telegram.
Requirements:
• Skills in working with mapping services (Google Maps, etc.).
• Experience in communication on social networks (Instagram, Telegram).
• Ability to clearly and correctly formulate thoughts in writing.
• Responsibility and attention to detail.
How we see the collaboration
We plan to collaborate with the performer for a period of 1 to 6 months, depending on effectiveness and results. The work will be organized in the form of sequential task execution for each city.
Work process
1. Task formation
- We choose a city to work in (for example, Lviv).
- We determine the categories of establishments to search: restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, etc.
2. Search for establishments
- The performer needs to search for establishments on the map using relevant keywords (for example, “pizzeria Lviv”, “cafe Lviv”).
- Going through all categories allows to collect the maximum number of potential clients.
3. Collecting contact details
- For each found establishment, it is necessary to find contact information (Instagram, Telegram).
- If there is an official website, check for the presence of an online menu.
- All data must be recorded in an Excel table for further processing.
4. Communication with establishments
- The performer contacts the found establishments through Instagram or Telegram.
- It is important not to exceed 10 messages per day to avoid account blocking.
5. Filtering establishments
- Before contacting, the performer analyzes the establishment:
- Does it look modern?
- Does it use an online menu?
- Does it have active social networks?
This helps to avoid spam and increase the effectiveness of communication.
6. Daily tasks
Allocate approximately 2 hours a day for:
- Searching for 10 new establishments.
- Filling in the table.
- Sending messages and communication
