In practice, this will look as follows:
The employee must refuse all messages that do not concern the topic of joint children. Rephrase the message in their own words, formalizing them, as well as adding words of transparency, so that the message between the parties should be as depersonalized as possible.
Messages will be sent to the intermediary in the form of text or voice recordings in Telegram or WhatsApp.
Main work: 4 scheduled meetings per month. On Thursdays. Check that everything is on schedule. Find out where to pick up if there are changes. Find out where to deliver.
Work will start immediately.
Payment is specified per month, indefinitely.
