У меня это в блоге реализовано и в одном из интернет-магазинов. Добавил эту микроразметку и при этом на странице нет ни одного отзыва и даже возможности его оставить. Пока проблем с этим нет, в снипете у всех товаров стоит средняя оценка и 5 отзывов, а по факту на странице этого нет.

Ваша страница размечена, как Product, не работает разметка для страниц которые не входят в список (ссылка выше), в частности для страниц типа Article. -
Что мешает на странице типа Article добавить Product или добавить Rating? Страницу гугл проглотит и будет выводить в снипет что укажешь
