Не все так просто. Еще надо все модули подключить, настроить, адреса, телефоны, тексты и т.д.
Просто залить на ФТП и поменять тему вы и сами сможете, но эта тема вряд ли станет на окшоп без глюков.

А подключить это сделать так что-бы все работало, зачастую не хватает модулей или еще каких-то мелочей, и некоторые функции шаблона не работают

там по времени день на выполнение он не истёк. поэтому и закрыть нельзя.

Ну, может быть, хотя со 2 ноября уже 3 дня прошло.
Я вам рекомендую делать ваш магазин не на окшопе, а на чистом опенкарте - будет дешевле и меньше проблем с модулями в дальнейшем, поскольку под окшоп очень и очень мало модулей, а допиливать каждый под окшоп - не самое дешевое занятие.
Надумаете делать на опенкарте - обращайтесь. Опыт работы с ОпенКартом - 8 лет.

модулей там много и не нужно. а то что есть уже встроенное устраивает.

Ну. это дело ваше.
Но я больше чем уверен, что в дальнейшем захотите поставить какие-то модули или улучшить магазин или что-то добавить, а под окшоп мало что сейчас есть, так же как и под макси стор или брокарт - уже сталкивался с этим и не каждый заказчик готов платить не только за установку модуля, но и еще за подгонку под сборку на базе опенкарта.

Никак не пойму почему всех тянет на сборки, я конечно сам использую osstore, но если я не ошибаюсь, это практически чистый opencart.
А на сборки и правда все стаёт криво и не без глюков. -
Интересно о каких глюках и вечных допилов модулей вы говорите...
