It is also interesting to get:
Analysis of online events and marketing campaigns;
The behavior of the player and game activity.

Четких требований/ограничений нет. Сейчас metabase из-за простоты использования и self-hosting, + бесплатный. Слышал о tableau, но он платный, нужно понимать плюсы относительно того же метабейза.
Рассматривать можно разный софт, главное self-hosted.

Могу предложить Power BI, вполне подъемное платное решение вопроса (10$ на пользователя в месяц). Есть грейс период 60 дней.
В принципе можно обойтись и беспланым доступом, но именно в платной версии будеут доступны расшренные средства аналитики и прогнозирования. Также универсальность расчетов и построения визуализаций, специалисты на рынке есть в достаточном количестве.

Tableau действительно дорагая в лицензиях на пользователя. Если база смотрит в мир и доступна от куда угодно рекомендую расмотреть Data Looker Studio от Google

Да, по другому её не подключить. Она в лайве в том же метатезе у нас и тянет информацию. Но хотели бы все таки Self-hosted. А на базе того-же Metabase не получится?
