Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT specialist to set up and implement a solution for remote management of 13 Android smartphones.
Main Tasks:
* Deployment and configuration of on-prem MDM (Headwind MDM or similar solutions) for Android.
* Setting up remote management of phones from a PC for managers.
* Ability to launch applications, manage GSM calls, and messengers (Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram).
* Support for remote access via ADB over Wi‑Fi.
* Establishing security policies, updates, and application management.
* Ensuring maximum privacy: data must not pass through third-party clouds, logs are stored only on the own server.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in configuring MDM for Android (on-prem preferred).
* Understanding of ADB operation, root access, and remote management.
* Experience in deploying APKs to a group of devices.
* Knowledge of mobile platform security aspects and privacy.
* Experience with Headwind MDM, AirDroid Business, RustDesk, or similar tools is preferred.
Work Format:
* Remote or on-site (hybrid format possible).
* The project is short-term with the possibility of support after setup.

* Discussed individually, preferably per year/project.
