Understanding of conversion fundamentals: Knowledge of how design changes can affect conversion rates (CR), particularly in the context of testing different versions of pages (A/B testing).
Analysis and improvement of UX: Experience conducting analysis of existing interfaces and developing recommendations to enhance user experience, making the site more user-friendly and appealing to users.
User interaction strategies: Ability to create clear and effective CTAs that encourage users to take desired actions (e.g., registration, subscription, purchase).
Experience in adapting for different devices: Ability to work on designs that effectively display across various devices—from desktops to mobile phones—ensuring a convenient and intuitive interface.
Portfolio: Must provide examples of previous work that demonstrate your experience in UI/UX design and improving user experience on websites or digital products.
