Needed help with the iron panel design

I am looking for someone to create a short 2D animation about the transformation of emotions. I care about a very simple, minimalist, and hand-drawn style, reminiscent of children's drawings. Mainly black lines on a white background, with possibly a very subtle accent of color. The animation would last about 45 seconds and tell a simple story of the transformation of one emotion. A voice-over will be added to the animation, so I care about a calm pace and space between scenes. The style of the animation is very minimalist. I am not looking for smooth, elaborate animation, but simple hand-drawn illustrations with minimal movement and subtle transitions. I estimate that the whole will be based on about 10–15 key drawings. I have sample illustrations showing the direction and atmosphere that I like, but I am also open to ideas and the artist's interpretation. If the first animation works well, I would like to create a whole series of short films in the same style, so I would be happy to establish a longer collaboration. Good day! We are preparing to launch a board game with miniatures and are looking for an illustrator for hand-painting the characters on the finished art. Currently, the characters are presented as gray 3D renders. The task is to paint them according to pre-approved color schemes. For each character, we will provide photographs of a physically painted miniature that will serve as references. It is important for us that the characters are detailed and organically blend with the entire illustration. The final result should look as if the characters were painted by an artist from scratch. If necessary, it will also be required to partially refine the illustration itself — primarily the background, lighting, and individual surrounding elements. This is needed to eliminate any potential visual contrast between the digital background and the hand-painted characters and to make the entire composition stylistically cohesive. We are not interested in works created using generative artificial intelligence. We are specifically looking for an artist for manual work, so please take this into account before applying. We need to create a design for paintings for our corridors. The clinic has three areas: dentistry, cosmetology, and plastic surgery. I am attaching photos of the corridors, as well as references that we like in terms of style and mood. Important: do not just copy the reference.
