Hello! I have carefully reviewed the technical specifications. The task is clear: a "bridge" is needed between Telegram and EasyWeek.

Since EasyWeek has an API and Webhooks, I will implement a full two-way integration.

My technical vision for the implementation:

Identification (Important): The best option is a "Send Phone Number" button on the first launch. This will allow the bot to obtain the real number from Telegram and find the client's card in the EasyWeek database. If the client does not exist, the bot will create it automatically. Email is less reliable for Telegram.

Reminders: I will implement this through Webhooks. As soon as the visit status changes in EasyWeek or the time approaches, the CRM sends a signal to the bot, and the bot instantly messages the client. This works more reliably than timers.

Mailings: Since we will store client IDs in our own database (PostgreSQL), we will be able to make queries: "All who visited master Olena" or "Haven't been for more than 30 days."

Loyalty program (for the future): The architecture of the establishment's database will be designed with point accrual in mind, so we won't have to rewrite the bot from scratch later.

Regarding cases: I cannot currently show a direct case with EasyWeek under NDA, but I have extensive experience integrating Telegram bots with external APIs (CRM, payment systems, Google Services). The principle of operation is identical everywhere, so I guarantee a technically sound implementation.
