Identification (Important): The best option is a "Send Phone Number" button on the first launch. This will allow the bot to obtain the real number from Telegram and find the client's card in the EasyWeek database. If the client does not exist, the bot will create it automatically. Email is less reliable for Telegram.
Reminders: I will implement this through Webhooks. As soon as the visit status changes in EasyWeek or the time approaches, the CRM sends a signal to the bot, and the bot instantly messages the client. This works more reliably than timers.
