In the registration form for each language you should add a link to the terms and conditions page in the corresponding language and make translations. Currently there is only its English version and the link to it is in the form of only the English version of the site.
All cosmetic directions do not make a problem (de-centrate, change the text, balance the icons, blocks, simplify the form of adding the housing, pick up the excess from there, add new fields).
To evaluate the rest of the links (payment page, housing adding, passport check), you need to have access to the admin and user profile.
