По можливості дістати інформацію про заголовки методів, реалізація яких описана в dll файлі. А потім створити власну програму-оболочку, котра буде викликати потрібні методи, чи щось типу того. ?

Ну и что? Все экспорты черным по английски написаны в теле dll

Интрига еще в том что заказчик запостил проект и не следит за ним, последний раз был 2 дня назад.
Сидите теперь гадайте - это очередная пустышка или реальный проект =)
