We are looking for a universal specialist who will take on comprehensive advertising management. We are seeking an experienced employee who will deeply immerse themselves in our business and directly influence its growth through effective advertising on Google and Meta.
Your main goal is to generate profitable sales with clear and measurable ROAS.
What you will need to do (comprehensive management of two platforms):
1. Google Ads (PPC):
Conduct an audit of current campaigns and propose an optimization strategy.
Effectively manage and scale campaigns, including Performance Max and Shopping.
Work with the product feed, segment products to achieve maximum profitability.
Work deeply with analytics (GA4) to track performance and identify growth points.
2. Facebook / Instagram Ads (Targeting):
Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns with the goal of "Conversions/Sales".
Audience segmentation, funnel building, working with look-alike and detailed retargeting (DPA catalog).
Testing creatives, texts, and hypotheses for continuous improvement of results.
Our ideal candidate:
Has confirmed experience working with e-commerce projects for at least 2 years (mandatory).
Possesses experience in simultaneously and successfully managing advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Can show real cases with numbers (budget, CPA, ROAS).
Deeply understands Google Analytics 4 and knows how to set up goals and e-commerce tracking.
Proactive: you do not wait for tasks, but propose ideas, analyze competitors, and look for new growth opportunities.
Collaboration conditions (IMPORTANT):
We offer a phased model that is fair to both parties:
First 1-2 months: Work on a fixed payment basis. This time is needed for auditing, setup, testing initial hypotheses, and our "tuning" together. The size of the fixed rate is discussed individually.
Long-term partnership: After a successful trial month, we can switch to a hybrid model:
A small fixed rate.
+ Bonus part (% of revenue), which directly depends on achieving and exceeding KPI for ROAS.
