Старая верстка и криво сделанная. Лучше будет если Вам кто-то переверстает с нуля эту страницу. И дешевле, наверное.

Я в шоке от такой верстки........мало того что криво сделано (шапка особенно порадовала с отрицательным маржином) да еще куча инлайновых стилей......
