Потому, что я регулярно посредничаю в сосздании магазинов и знаю сколько занимает это времени у профи, все очень легко и просто для умных людей, кто работает с opencart, а что не понятно всегда можно уточнить, сайт по сути настроить надо, а не создавать интернет магазин с нуля, весь магазин создан и работает, это правки, а не создание нового!
